01. Scope of Services

OnlineVyzivovy provides professional nutritional consulting and diet optimization services. By accessing our website at onlinevyzivovy.sk, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our consultations are designed to support lifestyle improvements and health goals through evidence-based dietary advice.

Clients interact with qualified nutrition specialists via secure video conferencing or in-office at A. Hlinku 23, Žilina. While our advice is professional, it is not a substitute for clinical medical diagnosis.

02. Booking & Payments

Online consultations are scheduled through our digital booking system. To secure a slot, full payment or a deposit may be required as specified during the booking process. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers common in the Slovak banking system.

03. Intellectual Property

All content, including meal plans, nutritional guides, and articles provided by OnlineVyzivovy, remains the intellectual property of the service provider. Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their personal health journey.

Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our proprietary methods or materials without written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Slovak copyright laws.
